DeepMahjong offers a monthly auto-renewing subscription (DeepMahjong Pro). Once subscribed, you unlock all features including the AI Assistant, Photo Recognition, and Deep Thinking.
Your subscription renews automatically every month unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. The renewal charge is deducted from your Apple ID account within 24 hours before the current period ends.
DeepMahjong Pro offers new users a 1-month free trial. After the trial ends, the subscription automatically converts to monthly billing unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Each Apple ID can claim the free trial only once.
You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime via iOS Settings → tap your Apple ID at the top → Subscriptions → tap DeepMahjong → Cancel Subscription. After cancelling, you can continue using the premium features until the end of the current paid period.
Refund requests follow Apple's App Store refund policy. Please submit refund requests through Apple's official channels; developers cannot process refunds directly.
